BC Track Contest May 2010 (Results on page 4)

To build up some anticipation, ive made another rule:
THE WINNER GETS TO HOST NEXT MONTHS BCTC!!

Mine track is/will be uploaded any minute.

@ all members who havent uploaded their bctc may track yet:
upload the track until tommorow midnight gmt main time.
Judging starts at 1st of june.

But why non BC member can't participate ? I think all the guys who are register in BC forum can participate, because only 3 or 4 participations is useless ^^
It have more interest if other people can participate, because the BC can see some tracks who are awesome, and ask to the man who made the track if he want to be a BC
Also, you should open a topic in "Projects and competition" , in TMX : you put the rules, and the link to the Submissions thread ! So, by the way of the BCTC, you make some advertissements for the BC team ^^

Oh, and also some maths : atm there are 3 judge and 3 participants , so : if Kekx prefer the one of sanfc, if Tuta prefer the one of Massa and if Eyebo prefer the one of Dominik, there aren't winner ! O_o

Yeah JL, here's a catch.

@JL: all judges can give several points for each track, so maybe kekx give 8, 3 and 2 poinsts, eyebo 8, 7, 5 etc. I don't think that all tracks ll get the same number of points

This is first bctc ever, so i wanted it to be a members only contest.
ive already said that the winner is the next months host.
so whoevere wins can change the rule that orders only bc members track.

Will you do my advice for more advertissements ?

Okay, ive rearranged the judging system:
The Judging System
A number of judges will rate the
tracks on the following topics:
Design – Flow, smoothness,
layout, speed, transitions,
stunts, difficulty, etc. The
general "feel" of the track. Max
20 points/judge
Scenery – Looks, non-driveable
blocks, etc. Max 5 points/judge
Media Tracker – All the MT
aspects, from the intro and
outro to in-game features.Max 5
points/judge
Fun Factor – Sometimes a
track can be poor in every way,
but still extremely fun to drive.
Depending on how fun the judges
find your track, a few extra
points can be given. Max 10
points/judge
Theme – How does the track
use the theme? Does it do
something special to give it a
special feeling or does it just do
the minimum things needed for
the compo and leave it at that?
Max 10 points/judge

@JL: Well, i think the next months host will have to do better job on advertisement, since this months BCTC closes in about 4 hours.
@Nickrev: Make a BCTC track, and if its the winner, ure the host.
Also, the winner doesnt HAVE TO host BCTC if he doesnt wish to!
In that case, host will be the the author of the 2nd placed track.

Eyebo and Tuta finished judging, that leaves me and Kekx to finish it.

First BCTC has came to its end.
With just 3 tracks in the contest, judges finished their work very fast!
All three authors have aproached the main theme in a different way.
